Series 313 is a DC suburban train of JR Central, which appeared in 1999 and has a wide variety of vehicle types with specifications that match the line section used, and is the face of JR Central's commuting suburbs.

This model is a really great model for the price, full lighting & some route customization for the headboards, double pantographs on a 2-car set is something you don't see often with EMU's - the only caveat being that it personally felt like an older model to me with some features not as detailed, but again this is one if not the cheapest KATO EMU's I've ever bought and runs perfectly.
